Information We Collect

We collect information you provide or generate when using Picksheet, including:

• Account and contact information, such as your name, email address, login method, account settings, and authentication identifiers.
• Pool information, such as pool names, pool settings, members, invitees, invite links, picks, pick status, standings, timestamps, and related pool activity.
• Invite information, including email addresses or other contact details a commissioner provides in order to invite people to a pool.
• Communications, such as messages, feedback, or support requests you send us.
• Usage, device, cookie, analytics, and diagnostic information, such as log data, browser type, device type, IP address, pages visited, sign-in activity, product events, and error reports.

How We Use Information

We use information to:

• operate Picksheet;
• create and manage accounts, pools, invitations, picks, standings, and commissioner tools;
• send service-related emails, such as sign-in links, invitations, reminders, and pool updates;
• provide support and troubleshoot issues;
• protect the security and reliability of the service;
• understand how the beta is being used;
• improve the product.

Service Providers

We use third-party service providers to help operate Picksheet. Current providers may include:

• Clerk for authentication, session management, email OTP, optional Google or Apple sign-in, and related user account services.
• Svix for webhook signature verification.
• Google and Apple if you choose to use optional Google or Apple sign-in.
• PostHog for product analytics and product diagnostics. We configure analytics to reduce personal data collection where practical.
• Sentry for error and performance monitoring. We configure Sentry not to send default personal information where practical.
• Tally for early-access details forms.
• API-Football / API-Sports for sports fixtures, teams, match status, and scores. We do not intentionally send user personal information to API-Football / API-Sports.
• Google Fonts for loading fonts on public pages, which may cause your browser to make requests to Google.
• AWS for hosting, databases, logs, storage, networking, and related infrastructure.
• GitHub Actions for deployment and operational workflows.
• Slack for deployment and operational notifications. We do not intentionally send app user data to Slack.

How Information Is Shared

We do not sell personal information.

We may share information:

• with service providers that help us operate, secure, monitor, support, and improve Picksheet;
• within a pool, where information such as names, display names, picks, pick status, standings, and pool activity may be visible to commissioners and other pool members;
• when required by law or needed to protect Picksheet, Team Rankings, users, or others;
• in connection with a business transfer, such as a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets.

Cookies and Analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies for sign-in, security, preferences, analytics, product diagnostics, and reliability.

Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your account and personal information by emailing hello@picksheet.app. We will respond as required by applicable law. Some information may be retained where needed for security, legal compliance, backups, dispute resolution, or legitimate business purposes.

Security

We use reasonable measures to protect information, but no internet service is completely secure. Use of Picksheet is at your own risk.

Children

Picksheet is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided information to us, contact us at hello@picksheet.app.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we may notify users by posting an updated policy or by other reasonable means.
