Terms of Service

Last updated: May 19, 2026

These Terms of Service apply to your use of Picksheet, a private sports pool product operated by Team Rankings, LLC ("Team Rankings," "we," "us," or "our"). By using Picksheet, you agree to these Terms.

1. Private Beta

Picksheet is an early-stage product preview. Features, formats, availability, scoring, support, and these Terms may change as the product is developed.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, including during the beta.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to use Picksheet. The service is intended for users located in the United States.

You are responsible for keeping your account access secure and for activity that occurs through your account.

3. Entertainment Purposes Only

Picksheet provides private sports pool software for entertainment purposes only.

Picksheet is not a sportsbook, gambling service, payment processor, escrow service, or prize administrator. We do not facilitate wagering, take entry fees, handle pool funds, verify payments, distribute prizes, or manage money exchanged between pool participants.

You may not use Picksheet in violation of any applicable law. Any off-platform arrangement involving money, prizes, or other items of value is solely the responsibility of the people involved and is not handled, endorsed, verified, or administered by Picksheet or Team Rankings.

4. Commissioners

Commissioners are responsible for:

  • inviting appropriate people;
  • using Picksheet lawfully;
  • making sure they have a reasonable basis to contact or invite the people they invite;
  • clearly communicating pool rules to participants;
  • reviewing pool settings, picks, scoring, standings, and results;
  • handling any off-platform communications, disputes, payments, or prize arrangements themselves.

Commissioners may not use Picksheet to send spam or unwanted invitations.

5. Picks, Scoring, and Results

Picksheet provides tools for submitting picks, locking picks, calculating standings, and displaying results. During the beta, these tools may contain bugs, delays, data errors, scoring errors, or other issues.

Commissioners are responsible for reviewing results and resolving pool-specific questions or disputes. Picksheet does not guarantee that picks, scoring, standings, reminders, or pool results will be accurate, complete, timely, or error-free.

6. Pool Visibility

By joining or creating a pool, you understand that certain information may be visible to the commissioner and other pool members, including your name or display name, picks, pick status, standings, and related pool activity.

7. Acceptable Use

You may not use Picksheet to:

  • violate any law or regulation;
  • run or facilitate illegal gambling or wagering;
  • abuse, harass, threaten, or harm others;
  • send spam or unwanted communications;
  • upload or share unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful content;
  • interfere with, overload, scrape, reverse engineer, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service;
  • misuse invite links, accounts, or pool access.

8. Third-Party Services, Names, and Marks

Picksheet may use third-party services for authentication, hosting, analytics, monitoring, forms, email, sports data, and related operations.

Picksheet may refer to sports leagues, teams, tournaments, events, or other third parties for identification and informational purposes. Picksheet is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by FIFA, the NFL, any league, team, tournament, or other third party unless expressly stated.

All third-party names, logos, and marks belong to their respective owners.

9. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information. By using Picksheet, you also agree to the Privacy Policy.

10. No Warranties

The service is provided as-is and as-available. We make no warranties about uptime, availability, security, accuracy of picks or standings, fitness for a particular purpose, or whether the service will meet your needs. You use Picksheet at your own risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Team Rankings, Picksheet, and their operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including lost profits, lost data, pool disputes, scoring errors, service interruptions, or any wagering, prize, payment, or pool-money related losses.

12. Restricting Access

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access to Picksheet if we believe it is necessary to protect the product, users, beta participants, Team Rankings, or the service.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Picksheet after updated Terms are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
